Regan notes were last printed in 1985 (Series 1981A); Brady is on the 1988A but none appear to be webs. It takes time but in time one may become familiar with the signatures and can recognize them from afar without needing to see them or the series years (thankfully) in too great of detail.

Here again, you would have to examine your collecting goals, is this a hobby ?
    Or to get rich..LOL

This is purely me asking which ones I shouldn’t turn into the bank, because they will pull them and send them to the Fed. These are only worth face value to me, but if a collector wanted to swap them 1 for 1, I’d prefer that to them being gone forever.

I had some Webs way back in the day, but I didn't know what they were.
I noticed in the normal back plate position, was nothing. But I spent them.
I thought perhaps they changed the design on the new notes. Which they did. But it wasn't a permanent change.

From that point of you, i am not sure your going to find to much interest
Even on a face on face value, just because most of the condition issue they
Present, but with that said if the district is rare enough you might find
    Some takers :)
