Hi I found this error coin and have no No idea what it's worth or what the error is called, the error is above the "we".

Not a mint error. A formerly encased cent. Look up "lucky penny"

 

When asking a question about a strange looking issue on a coin you should first ask if it's an error or not.. Worry about value last. Your Cent is damaged not a mint error.
By the way.. Most minor issues have little or no premium at all.
