Would these have a shot at Photo Seal?

I have a Flying Eagle and Indian that both seem decent for the grade (see photos below). Would either of them have a shot at Photo Seal? I’m thinking of sending to Rick Snow for a look but don’t want to spend the money without good odds.

The only blemish on the Indian is the spot on the reverse rim at 9:30 which is more obvious on the photo than in hand. The Flying Eagle has completely evenly colored surfaces other than the small alloy streak at 10:00 on the obverse.

Any opinions good or bad are appreciated!

First thing I'd try to find out is Photo Seal more beneficial than CAC stickered coins. Is it held to the same standards as CAC? What's the cost of each service? IMO, judging only by the photos, I don't feel that either coin has exceptional eye appeal. Probably others will disagree. (I understand it's very difficult to judge a coin by the photos).

In my opinion no. To an IHC specialist they may prefer PS over CAC but the wider collecting base will likely prefer CAC.

PS is more expensive than CAC. CAC also doesn't charge collectors for coins that don't sticker, dealers pay for everything submitted.

I agree. Nice coins, but nothing special. No need to send them anywhere. I think they were generous with the IHC, the surfaces seem to be quite dark and not very lustrous for a 64RB.
