So far so good with ebay guarantee, this seller said all coins were silver, and included proofs, none of witch was true, not 1 silver or proof quarter, seller would not respond. had to file with ebay. avoid this seller. and they should be exposed.
all they had to do is say is its our mistake and own it. a legit company does not need to lie to earn a living with lies, they avoided me like the plague, would not return my messages . shipping I paid up front, will never see again. when the money is returned to my account its finished. atleast ebay is doing their part. im still out the upfront shipping 12$ and 2 hours dealing with this.

This case has been decided in your favor.

You must send the item back to the seller by Jun 11, 2019 to be eligible to receive a refund. You can either print the label on eBay from the Resolution Center or use your own label and submit the tracking information in your case in the Resolution Center. If you use your own label, you may not be reimbursed for the return shipping. Once the item has been returned to the seller, you will be issued a refund. The seller's shipping address and shipping instructions are available in the Resolution Center. Please remember to submit your tracking information by Jun 11, 2019.

Could you give us a link to the actual auction listing?

The description says "you get everything in the pictures", and I see no pictures showing anything other than P and D coins. So you shouldn't have been surprised by what you received.

On the other hand, the title clearly claims ".99 silver" (whatever that means), and the description includes "silver proofs", so, yeah, Not As Described.

Now, since you won the dispute, eBay is offering you a post-paid shipping label. Use that, and you won't be charged for return shipping; once the return is received, you should get a full refund, including your original shipping.

In other words, you'll be out no money whatsoever, unless you somehow paid the shipping outside of eBay. eBay will return everything you spent there.

The seller or ebay took it off the website, when I reported a problem there was 6 or 8 pictures. you did not see the listing Jeff. let me try to find it. They took it off the website, the auction had the pages pictured, and coa stating the coins were silver. I received everything pictured but none of the coins were silver or proof, some were circulated. 163607260507 was the item number.

    here's the total COA
    (1) it's not the "US MINT" its "National Collector's Mint"
    (2) the 2nd Clad "Proof" is a 100 mil plating over a clad base.
and of course (3) "contains two proof struck by NCM" and not the US MINT.

I guess they were just selling the "certificate" lol which only would have represented a couple tokens anyways.

make sure you tell eBay the white envelope wasn't included
so that they can't come back later and said you kept it, which may have contained the silver-ish tokens.

@Autoturf Wow! I'm sorry, but this had red flags all over the place. A non U.S. Mint product that nearly has no value, $12.00 shipping?, typos all over and a user name that includes cpap? I would have a pulmonary problem with that for sure. Tread carefully next time my friend. And never hesitate to get an opinion here before you jump in.

Thanks tommy, I have done business on ebay for many years. usually its on the up and up. they finally return my message a few min ago. saying they sent the wrong set, but this whole time never returning my messages. until ebay steped in. she said they were going off that coa, lol who sells off of a coa, you can print them by the truckload. I seen the red flags, but anyhow, who would sell 112 silver quarters for that. but anyway it will be done.

you sell off of a COA when you are just flipping product. For instance, ppl getting stuff from storage facilities, buying all bulk items from an estate sale, and many other instances. Never assume people know what they are selling in any detail.

    It's like "uncirculated rolls."
