AHAHAHA!! That is hilarious! It is obvious that he is joking around, though I'm sure there is some chap that might take him seriously. I would bid on it just for the sheer fact that the listing is so amusing. Thats a kindergarten counterfeit job for you.:mouth:

Nice parody, but it's too bad he had to ruin a nice 1977 cent to do it. That's my wife's birthyear. :)

LOL " In addition, there seems to have been a small bit of cleaning with a mildly abrasive auto body grinder"

"If you want insurance, you need to look more closely at the pictures"

Well, the sharpie marker on the coin CLEARLY reads "1914" so it's got to be!!

Thanks for the laugh Jack! I really need it! A friend's son was killed in a car accident early Saturday and we are getting ready to leave for the Services. It is going to be really hard as he lost a Sister and Brother in December and now one of his sons.

Take care everyone and be sure to tell your children, parents, spouse or signifcant other that you love yhem as you may never see them again alive!

In this moment of inspiration and clarity, I have decided that you should send it away and slab it.
