Zero. To the best of my knowledge no Cheerios cent has ever turned out to be a Wide AM and the Wide AM's were discovered later in the year so very unlikely they would be found on the early pieces struck in 1999.
It's just a novelty coin due to the packaging, otherwise it was a sales gimmick to boost sales of Cherrios.
