    That's glare from the reflective fields, it would be an RPM if it was doubled, not a DDO.

    Whatever it is, looks like it is at bottom of U also. NOTE: i know nothing about coins, just started taking interest in them,especially the mistake ones. Very interesting to see all the little things that can be considered "mistakes".Thanks
