Hi Welcome to ct! Imho, from your photos. It looks like you have a 1968 dime with a split planchet. That was also struck with a grease filled die that distorted the image. Sorry, but it was subject to high heat after it left the mint. That's what caused the distortion on both sides and is causing the clad to split. If it was a true split planchet, it wouldn't have the distortion. Not a mint error
Those are heat blisters caused by extreme heat after it left the Mint. It is only worth ten cents and is damaged. Not a Mint error by any means. Welcome to CT.
