199? Cent struck on dime planchet?

You have a damaged copper plated zinc cent. The copper was worn down to expose the inner zinc.

It is not struck on a dime planchet and it is not any kind of mint error.

So, Paddy answered the great 'unasked' question.

 

It seems that someone else did create the thread, but they deleted their post so that left it in his name.

 

I can't be deleted.. It would alter the space time continuum and we will be thrown into an alternate reality!

I say this is an alternate reality.
