Hopefully more people will participate in element #2. I really learned a lot from this activity, actually more than a week's worth of school :smile! I'll be ready for what is to come in element #2. Let's make this a true competition guys and gals!
what you said 8pm not 8pm eastern. i sent my answers but it looks like you closed the contest. i think you should give time till 8pm pacific otherwise the contets gets biased towards residents of east coast
Spock... From the very beginning the contest has been Eastern Standard Time....why would that change? It is mentioned through out the postings....several times. I will leave the decision up to greglax and nickrapak...if they agree with you, then I will honor it, if not then I send my apoligies to you. It has been very clear through out the contest that is is EST! RickieB
my appologies! my wife had a whole list of things to do, including womans clothes shopping!!!! i had to walk around the mall.. TWICE! going into almost every womans clothes store looking at gawd only knows how many pants, shirts, more pants, and yet more shirts. Got home a couple hours ago .. sad to say i just woke up from my nap anyhoot ... good luck to the .. err.. 2 contenstants in the running RickeyB ... i dont think this contest was anything but cool! it had some good questions scattered about the currency spectrum! You do a very good job at putting these together.. and i SWEAR .. one of these days i WILL actually contribute!!!
Spock I have brought your appeal up to the two contestants remaining. It will be their vote that either allows you to continue or sends you home. I think this is the only fair way to proceed, and you? Regards, RickieB
Hummmmm.... The ones who did not answer any Element#1 questions will basically not stand a chance. The Winner of the contest is the one with the most correct answers in the shortest time point! So in essence, there are 2 maybe 3 of you remaining. Good luck and be merciful to Spock1 if you so desire. Element# 2 in the morning along with the Bonus question! RickieB
RickieB, I feel that it is only fair to let spock1k, even though there seemed to be some sort of minor mix-up. No answers were given in any of these posts, and Spock1k put in time and effort for the answers. I know what it's like to be competitive. I would rather play a top ranked lacrosse team, where I know the odds are against my team and I, rather than a weak, inexperienced lacrosse team, because it makes you a better person in the long run. So, let Spock1k's answers count because a little competition won't hurt, eh!
Reply received and registered....that makes it a 50% vote, anyone else feel the same way? If so please let your feelings known. It's looking good for you Spock1... RickieB
