Have no idea how much slabbed coins cost, but I do know they sell for less than you pay for the coin and slab combined.

 

Planchet marks most likely. Scuffs and marks that were on the planchet prior to striking. Abe's shoulder doesnt always recieve a full strike, so the planchet marks can remain there. Very common on most business strikes.

 

I bought this already slabbed.

 

I'll reveal tomorrow.
