    Right now the biggest and heaviest sestertius I got is this one
    Agrippina Snr Minted by Claudius 50-54 A.D. RIC 102 37 mm and 28.30 grams Agrippinasnrs1.jpg She says she not overweight

    Not so heavy, but a companion to zumbly's Marcus Aurelius. Does anybody know why his coins say M Antoninvs instead of M Aurelius?

    Named Marcus Aurelius Antoninus ... taking the name of his adoptive father Antonius Pius..

    The biggest (non-medallic) Sestertii that I could find on AC Search are:

    Claudius, Nero - 40 mm
    Faustina I - 36,26 g
