1991-P Quarter error?

    Im not an expert so i have no clue on how to name or class this coin.

    It seems off center, but its all there except for the tiny space between 'LIBE' and the edge. What it worth? and also how to name it or class it.

    I have a 1964 Quarter the same way but more maybe we both get help. Nice find for sure

    It is just damaged, the edge has been tapped or "spooned" as it is called.
