Tim I don't know much about double dies, that's why I recomend other opinions, mabie a coin store too.
Not a DDR. What @cpm9ball is referring to is called Machine Doubling. http://www.doubleddie.com/144801.html
Not a Doubled Die. You're asking if it's a DDO but all the doubling you show is on the reverse and IMO it's MD.
You should search out and learn about machine doubling aka mechanical doubling, etc. You'll learn a lot. By learning what Doubled Die isn't, you are going to learn what Doubled Die is. MD, etc is when the machine, through wear, or slippage, etc causes the illusion of "doubling". Remember "quantity" .. these machines are producing 250 to 800 per minute!! Proof coins are done 6+/- per minute by comparison. Real "doubling" is when in the process of making the "dies" themselves, somethings get stamped again slightly off and creates Doubling. there's tons of websites, etc dedicated to learning about it. http://www.error-ref.com/machine-doubling/ https://errorvariety.com/OFD/MD.html https://www.ngccoin.com/news/article/5688/Double-Dies-vs-Machine-Doubling/ https://www.thesprucecrafts.com/strike-type-definition-768693 https://www.doubleddie.com/144822.html http://www.lincolncentresource.com/FAQ/machinedoubling.html https://www.cointalk.com/threads/is-this.338172/#post-3505689 Then you'll be able to learn about the 9 Classes of Doubled Die, listed here just in brief: Class 1, Rotated Class 2, Distorted Hub Doubling Class 3, Design Class 4, Offset Hub Doubling Class 5, Pivoted Class 6, Distended Class 7, Modified Class 8, Tilted Class 9, Single Squeeze
