Ask the experts - Was just hunting "W"s & this jumped out at me. Like the obverse is deeper than normal.
I wouldn't call that off center but I would think that it is a slightly misaligned Die strike and that is what is causing the high rim on the left and low on the right.
It's slightly off center. But for it to be worth anything, the strike would have to have some of the designs cut off.
The design, wording and date are very well centered. The difference is the rim. That's why I believe this is a MAD. It is large and high on the upper left and low and thin on the lower right, exactly opposite of each other. If it was off centered the design, words or the date would be closer on one side and farther away on the opposite side.
It's a very, very minor MAD, imo, and I wouldn't consider it an error - way too many coins are struck like this. More of a minor anomaly, in my view.
