Is this a no mint 1990

Hello so I’m wondering if anyone can tell me if they know if this looks like the very rare 1990 no mint S? The penny is very shiny and mirror like and I have compared it to others it just looks diff. Also tell me if you spot an error like I do. Thanks in advance everyone!!!

It appears to be a normal business strike to me.

 

Well the 1990 no mint proof coin is the rare one. It would have mirror like surfaces like any other proof coin. The one you have isn't.

Ok thanks I’m a rookie guys so I’m learning my dad was a coin collector he passed in 06 at 50 and one of my family members has the collection and it’s not an immediate family member they took it and still have it in a safe and I probably won’t ever get them and oh how’d I loooove to see what he had... So I decided to start my own collection in his memory plus it’s supa dupa fun, guess the apple doesn’t fall very far from the tree guys!!
