Got 14 coins so far. I consigned my banknote collection/ to trade up for coins.

    Here is numero uno....
AV Rheingold Dukat 1839 Karlsruhe Mint (very low mintages)
    Leopold I 1790-1852 Grand Duke of Baden-Durlach

It was a "Blitzkrieg" Day for sure. I ended up winning 14 AV coins, a good way to make use of a "rainout" day. But today, I was back at it , doing Spring yard cleanups. Thermometer it a balmy +3 celsius, -2 with the windchill:(

Ah, yard work. I should have cut the grass before we got all this snow today. Nice coin!

Do you get it for the opening bid, or do you make an offer?

What a great coin :cat: I only have small silver/billon from Baden-Durlach. (The earliest ones I have, if recall correctly, are mid-late Napoleonic era-1805-1812. (Although is possible that I may have some older, as I have so many coins I need to catalogue still). :)
