    It is Brown because Environmental Damage changed the color of the Cupro-Nickel clad layer.. Only worth 25 Cents

    You may want to be very specific. Rather than just "doubling" .. where exactly do you see doubling?

    I see a lot of coin rolling machine damage around the outer letters, etc
