    Are you referring to a "Split Serif"? This isn't a quarter, but it is a good example of Split Serifs.

    I say no.. Everything looks Flat and Shelf like.. so it is just Mechanical Doubling. Worthless doubling.

    Okay, a doubled die occurs when a second strike from the working hub is not aligned properly with the working die. As a result, the secondary doubling appears to have the same rounded appearance. Note in the example you posted of a true doubled die, that is the case, but in the photos of your coin, the secondary image is "flat and shelf-like".

    3x nothing is still squadoosh . And I think mine is actually a 65 or 66 also . That was what popped into my head at the moment :eggface:
