I say no.. Everything looks Flat and Shelf like.. so it is just Mechanical Doubling. Worthless doubling.
Okay, a doubled die occurs when a second strike from the working hub is not aligned properly with the working die. As a result, the secondary doubling appears to have the same rounded appearance. Note in the example you posted of a true doubled die, that is the case, but in the photos of your coin, the secondary image is "flat and shelf-like". Chris
