    I am having a hard time seeing what you are seeing. But i am on my phone right now.
    Clearer pgotos of any notching or split seriffs would be helpful.

    I'm seeing a bit of worthless doubling with a small die chip inside of the C on Cent.

    Usual hallmarks of doubled die coins are split serifs and a second "strike" which is rounded and the same height as the first. With that in mind, this looks more like machine doubling
