What do you grade this slabbed Morgan?

I bought it. It's already graded. Seller's pics. Your thoughts and opinions are appreciated.

I'd give it a 64.

I can see it in a 65 holder (or even a 63)...I went in between (which I believe to be the right answer ).

I would say 66, but I don't like the strike. MS65.

Is there PVC on it? Looks gem on marks but hard to judge the underexposed photos.

I saturated the image... I think it’s just light toning.

Man, looks like a 66 to me if the luster is there.

Was 84' a year of weaker strikes? I thought there was wear and I would say 63/4 but everyone is way higher.

 

Yes, New Orleans Mint 83-85 were particularly poorly struck.

I’m at 65 but a high end one. Could be a + Depending when it was graded I can even see 66. I’d call it 65 and a green bean

I paid $83.50, which is between MS64 and MS65 money. I just really liked it as a 65. If it is problem-free, it'll go to CAC with my next order.
