    Yeah to me the toning doesn't make it more attractive.
    While the condition is good, the almost 45 million minted, you really need something
    special (MS, etc) to get me above $20 for this. Oh, I could see it selling for $25
    in a coin store or online, but that would be the top and more than it's worth.
