Hi Friends here at Coin Talk, I hope you all are doing fantastic. I wanted to your opinions on this penny please. It looks kinda different than any other 1945 penny, to me. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge with me.
Can anyone please tell me if this is an error coin or not. It looks like it might be. Sorry friends Im just learning how to post pics. Thank you all.
Circulation wear and tear. Environmental damage toning. I don't see any errors. What do you see that looks different?
Hi, Todd! Just out of curiosity, how long did it take you to examine 1,040,515,000 pennies? Like @paddyman98 said, it helps if you let us know what you think is different. By the way, it is best if you crop out all of the unnecessary background, then resize your image before posting it using the "Full Image" option rather than the "Thumbnail". Chris
Yea, when you crop all the crap out of the photo, it actually makes the coin a little bigger. But yea toning, environmental damage AND I'd say she's a dirty dirty girl. (snicker) if I'd have known just how dirty and disgusting coins were,,,,,,, well, I'd still be into it. lol
Yep... I really have to work at not thinking about what is giving some coins a certain 'toning' and what kind of substances comprise the crud stuck to coins. Iccckkkk.... But I can't stop looking at them.
