    Welcome to ct!
Imho,Your pictures are a little too out of focus. Best to put it on a piece of paper. If the coin is worth of value. Best not to touch the coin to much with your hands as the oil from ones fingers can transfer to the coin. If it is the rare variety. Then it should have the fine details on the tail feathers.
    Like the attached picture..

GTFO!!!! Get The Fingers Off! ;) To be "serious," its probably not a good idea to post your fingerprints on the internet for all to see (especially with todays technology) and it might be against forum rules to solicit offers here but I'm not totally sure about that though...just saying.

Is the ear really worth any true value

No, sorry to say your coin is nothing special and worth face value.

Do you care about coin collecting or just trying to make money off your pocket change?

The answer will guide my next response.

Welcome to CT. It is always better to show members a full, in focus, properly orientated photo of the obverse (front), and reverse (tails) and then a close up of areas you want answers about. Your photo is too small and out of focus to allow members to evaluate your question.
