As I had said in your last thread, I don't know anything about gold coin grading. But just from pictures, I think the 1907 is around MS63-64 (I don't know if the chatter above "TEN D." would bring it down or anything...) and the 1878 looks to be about MS62-63 because there are lots of scratches in the fields. Again, don't take my estimates too seriously.
Never use photograde. ALWAYS use pcgscoinfacts.com. They have more and better pictures than photograde.
Given the quality of the images, I'd be inclined to say they've both been dipped. The lighting is too washed out. If they're otherwise unmolested, I'd call the $10 at AU-55/58 and the QE at MS61, maybe a '62.
