2010 D quarter Wyoming Bison missing face

    Has anyone ever seen this before
    2010 D Wyoming quarter the bison is missing face

    It has been scratched/worn off. You can see the scratch marks.

    It's called "circulation wear". That happens to most coins after they've been in circulation for a while.

    No prob. As Frog says, you can see the scratch marks all over it.

    One caveat - we like "decent and clear photos". OP's are not too bad. :) Much better than some we see around here.

    This is not a Wyoming quarter. A Wyoming quarter is a state quarter. The Yellowstone quarter is an ATB (America the Beautiful) national parks quarter,
    lower mintage. A keeper in better condition.
