Obverse - You have a Misaligned Die Strike which caused a slight Collar Clash.

    Reverse - I don't know

No Mint Mark means it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint

I no mintmark Dime from 1952 is a Philadelphia coin and no mintmarks were used at that time.

A lack of a mint mark typically indicates that the coin was produced at the Philadelphia mint. (Silver Roosevelt dimes have Denver and SF mint marks on the back.)

Did you find the coin in circulation?

On the reverse I see what appears to be fingerprint marks in several places, not just at the word UNITED.
That might be the "pattern" you're describing.
