The past designs that i liked best:Texas, Michigan(My home), Kentucky, Wyoming, Utah, Delaware, Virginia, these are the ones that come to mind. I sometimes wish they would have made half dollars instead of quarters. It would have made the viewing easier with the added size. Kennedy State Half Dollars??

Don't expect much for the 2008 state quarters. The price of clad should be flat for the forseeable future. I'll be investing in government cheese.

statehood quarters set without box and coa

i also enjoyed buying statehood quarters silver proof and clad proof set without box and coa. instead of buying rolls of proof coins.

I heard that in the old days they could tell how affluent someone was by the amount of cheese they purchased. A person that bought the whole large circle of cheese was surely affluent. Hence the terms "Big Cheese" & "Big Wheel" was established!

    best year

i liked year 2000 statehood five pieces quarter. because it contained four pieces that i liked. and it was the cheapest of all those years. simple because the mintage is the highest.

IF they do decide to create coins for the territories, I would suggest the one for GUAM include an American sailor scratching his pubic area!! I spent 17 months on GUAM and came away with what is known as the"GUAMANIAN CRUD" (a form of Jock Itch) !! It stays with you for years, even after you leave that PARADISE ISLE!
