It looks that way I checked his trader ratings and all, and he is clean as a whistle, there doesn't seem too be any scamming going on in this auction (people listing a bunch of coins in a picture and then in fine print it says "you will receive (1) of the coins pictured")
You would have been better to not mention until afterwards. Some of the people on here are excelent searchers on eBay. I stumbled across that auction last month, put it on my watchlist, then forgot about it until it was too late. Can't win them all I guess.
Look closer and you will see this The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the listing. This item or one like it has been relisted. Otherwise I cannot imagine this slipping by anybody
