1984 penny- Some help on this one please!Bowtie and coat!

    Is this a design error on the bow tie? Doubling? Or nothing? Actually the whole coat and vest looks weird to me , but I need your help! I uploaded a few pics of the obverse; maybe you ll see something that I don't.Thank you!

    I see nothing wrong with the coin.

    ...maybe a hit or small damage area
    to the left of the bow-tie.
