Maybe down the road. I mainly focus on circulating coins, but I do have a couple of the proofs. I'm normally of the school of thought of it being better to build a set yourself rather than buying a complete one, but whoever put this one together had a good eye. There's only a couple coins in it that I'd like to replace.
My new 1944D on top. My current one is below. I realized that my old 44D is actually a 44D/D, so I'll be sending it off to PCGS eventually for designation; hence the purchase of another 44D for my set. I like the color on my new 44D a bit more as well.
1803 1c (S-243), ANACS F15 (old small white holder) (Larger obv-rev pix here) 1866 3cN NGC MS62 (NGC Standard Brown holder, pix from when coin was in an older non-prong holder) 1911 50c PCGS XF45 (Gold Shield holder, TrueView)
@lordmarcovan I think I used to own that 1803. Not 100% sure, but I had a 1803 F15 small white ANACS about 15 years ago. Anyway, WONDERFUL coins. Toned 3 cent nickels are hard to come by.
