I don’t think it would get a star either.

 

Good afternoon all! I’m not much of a coin grader but can anyone tell me if this toning is natural or artificial? I just picked this gem up today because I love the look of old dark coins and this one has great detail in the feathers and head. Either way I will be extremely satisfied I’m just not sure how you tell the difference but I would be more satisfied if it was naturally toned.

While I love the multitude of colors, I say no star

 

The interesting thing with this one is that the price realized was if there were several stars on it.

Don’t let you trick you, the colors on the reverse are not as dark as they appear on the picture.
