    Found this searching. Never seen one like it. Cool coin. Any idea what it may be worth?

    I think it is a die break. This happens when a piece of the die literally brakes off and the metal in that area is not compressed, so it is left raised up. If not, it was struck through something, which is when something gets in the way, and it makes an impression there.

    no, and if it's post 1982 then it's most likely a plating blister
