Found this and was wondering if it indeed is a double stamped mint marking? 20190311_043421.jpg 20190311_043602.jpg 20190311_043158.jpg

No. Common issue on Copper Plated Zinc Cents. Either Split Plating or a small plating bubble. It's not a Repunched Mint Mark.

As Paddyman said it is either split plating or a bubble. Extremely common to see it by the mintmark.

    Second opinion: Split plating

Third opinion: It's a Crappy Zincoln!

Fourth opinion: Welcome to the neighborhood, SMTM$!:)
