I’ve found my very first genuine, USABLE birthday note.

    This is May 3 1981, or March 5 1981.
Either way, this is a very usable date!

Too bad the condition is trash...

Hummm, I wonder if any one collects Death Date Notes?
My husband died a couple of years ago and I have some of his bills still.
Buy not a death date bill.

Yes too bad about the condition of that one, maybe it is a death day note?

What I am saying I suppose is when my husband died, there would be a Bill/Note with that date somewhere right?
It only seems logical that a Birthday Note could also serve as a Death Day note too.
Hope that is not too crude?

I received this tragic tombstone bill from a casino last night. May whomever these dates are applicable to hopefully continue to rest in peace.

There is no set rule that it should be called a birthday note.. It could be a death note if you wish it to be.. I could be a wedding anniversary date.. It doesn't matter.

I think these can be genetically called “date notes”

Just notes that have a reasonable date, could be applied to most anything
