1987 ddo doubling in hair, earlobe, lettering?

    There is messy doubling at the rim. However, there could be doubling at or around the ear?
    Tell me your opinions!
    Ps...I just noticed it looks like an "E" sticks out from under the right side of the "B" in Liberty?

    Don't wast your time looking for Doubled Dies on any Cents minted after 1995.. They are all mostly worthless doubling.. Nothing really major to be found

    Caused by a worn die.. It's called Die Deterioration.

    Right. It's the "mostly" that intrigues me. Lol. I know it's probably not die doubling.
    I dont spend much time on them. Just a quick glance when sorting through...
    I noticed the doubling and the earlobe looked different. Closer inspection showed the hair and spacing differences.

    that's one heavily Die Deteriorated zincoln. That is one fat Ridge Ring that coin has at the top, plus all the plating and wear/circulation issues.
