Okay, I just ran across the "EyeAppealSeal" for the first time this morning. See the available information here . . . http://www.eyeappealseal.com/ And an eBay listing referencing the product . . . https://www.ebay.com/itm/1867-PCGS-...594308?hash=item3fbf402f44:g:fKgAAOSw0VBcpM-a The seller indicates that the coin is pre-approved to receive the seal, which will be added for free upon request of the buyer, because they pay the discounted dealer price. Interesting that they claim to pay anything at all, given that the seller appears to own both the coin and the business which would apply the seal. I don't know if they own all of the coins with this seal applied (you can check at http://www.eyeappealseal.com/verify-cert), but if you look at the sealed coins offered in their eBay store, it looks like they just might.
I saw that some place else maybe on CU board. Mine is still the best. If ain't got a Moose You must cut it loose
CAC hasn't been the lone wolf when it comes to stickers. No one talks much about MAC http://www.macablege.com Not surprising another sticker company has come along.
I heard that WINGS is trigger happy on slapping there stickers on every coin that comes by them. I heard QA isn't that bad.
Funny how the stickers are the same generic ones anyone can buy if they’ve a few bucks to waste, with printing extra, of course.
EyeAppealSeal !!!??? Ridiculous. People have their own opinions about what looks good, and what doesn't. What peaks my interest could just as easily turn the next person off. Making an objective judgment on a subjective subject just won't work.
Just the latest of the "Sticker Services" First was Eagle Eye, then CAC, then QA, then Wings, then MAC, and now EyeAppeal. There may have been another short lived one around the time the QA seals started as well.
They're by far the most accepted and sough after though where none has come close to matching their success.
When I read this, couldn't help myself, curiosity got the best of me creation info - https://domain-status.com/www/eyeappealseal.com location info - http://eyeappealseal.com.ipaddress.com/ actual location info -https://www.google.com/maps/place/4...!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d42.5088889!4d-71.2002778 And it seems they're kinda busy because they formed 2 other companies too, same IP, same location - http://www.theappflixiongroup.com.ipaddress.com/ http://impactrade.org.ipaddress.com/
What I found more interesting was that their website does not list any way for anyone to submit coins to them. Reminds me of a new version of the old "basement slabbing companies" that were sold by the gazillions on ebay.
Other than CAC the only other slab sticker that I know of that has at least reasonable respect is Snow's "Eagle Eye" for FE's and IHC's. One of my dumber moves was getting an IHC with an Eagle Eye sticker on it and removing it. I learned later of its significance.
Without me sounding like I'm slamming them, I find it interesting that so many of their coins already bear this "prestigious" new EyeAppealSeal, and no one else's coins are similarly stickered. This all seems very self-serving to me.
