    Not all Maxentius temples were hexastyle. This tetrastyle example is easy to miss because the staff held by Roma is in line with the two columns on that side.

    I think I count 18 columns here on the Basilica Aemilia.

    Here's one with the head of Africa, and struck in Africa in the names of Quintus Caecilius Metellus Pius Scipio, commander of the Pompeian forces in Africa and Marcus Eppius. Cr. 461/1, HCRI 44.

    Man with animal features... I'm going to jump in and show my Selinos litra because I haven't shown it lately :D. It's a gorgeous little flake of silver and the man-face of the bull is wonderfully melancholic!
