1827 Capped Bust Half Dollar -- O-133, R-4

    Here is my latest addition to the BCBHDC; 1827, O-133, R-4. Appears to be in VF-25ish condition and is a VERY under-rated Overton Variety in my opinion.

    I think what would make this easier, would be for you to have all these new coins drop shipped to me and I will inspect them in hand and send you the ones I think are worthy of your collection.;):D

    Ok, where was I. It's hard to argue with your grading, and with the smaller population it looks like a great addition. Congrats on your purchace.:thumb:

    Is there a story behind the taller stars by liberty,s headband. I noticed three of them look to have the top point kind of spiked up.

    It has the same obverse as the O-148 I understand...

    But, don't you need more detail on the drape on the bust for a VF+?
