I notice on the pillars from left to right the 1st and the 11th pillar would this be considered as a lamination error. I also do not see a "FG"
They look to be Die Chips, possibly caused by some Die Cracks. I say Debris filled die on the missing FG.
Yes. IDB (interior die break OR chip) on the column and just to the south you can see the die crack creeping up. Pretty cool you can see the progression there!
