can you provide a clearer picture? it is tough to make out the serial number. I have this sneaky suspician this is a replica note.
Yes, A better picture would help and I'm in no way and expert on these BUT there were a lot of notes back then with blank "backs". Could be a counterfeit but could also be a "broken bank note". Who's got a Friedberg book? Might help.
i got my friedburg book, but i need a clearer picture. notes liks this were widely sold as replicas before the hobby protection act was passed. I am not saying 100& that this is one of those notes, but a clearer picture is certainly needed to check. i bought a 'ton' of the replica notes several years ago. they were sold as replicas, so i wasnt cheated. they ALL do look very decieving though. The biggest giveaway - is how aged they look, yet how so very crisp - almost brittle- they are.
