1999 d Pennsylvania quarter is this misaligned

    Yes, that would be considered a minor misaligned die
    No additional value.

    That is so "minor", it would be carded walking into any bar!

    If both sides are off, then it is off center. Which is better than misaligned die on one side. But it appears very slight. I would keep it.
