According to Wexler (link below) quarter dies were produced via single squeeze from 1997 and all dies from 1999. Take as you will.

But those were struck from the old presses .
The Schuler Presses weren't installed, til 2002 .

Also, Single Squeeze Hubbing was introduced in the 80s .

The subject is a quarter, so I addressed a quarter. Context matters.

Granted, you and I and most of the others here know that "better pictures" is just a waste of time. I don't know why it is that someone thinks that better pictures will make a difference.
