Hi. Need your opinion on this coin if you think this is doubling on the attached photos. I’m not referring to the split plating as it’s evident in some of the lettering.
The copper plating is 'splitting' off the surface of the planchet, as it's struck. On your cent, it's part of mechanical doubling, in my view. An interesting anomaly, but no really considered an error.
