About $10.00 unless they are all exceptional quality coins. If you pulled them from circulation then face value.

    ?
It would be at least $12.50 (more if you're including the territories and not just the 50 states) It would never be worth less than face. 50x.25=$12.50

I did say about and added face value at the end. Please read the entire post before flipping out with a response. I also say about 10 to get the OP's attention.

Yeah I don't see much of a premium for those. I guess everybody collected them so nobody wants them.

The coins would be valuable if in uncirculated condition and assembled in an album. Other than that, there are still plenty of 2000s 50 state quarters in circulation- so (circulated coins) will never be worth more than face value.

There's really no value above face (.25 cents each). It's just a fun collection. I have pulled every state quarter,
territory, national park, in the absolute best condition I can find.
Most are MS the ones that are not are high UNC. I had them in film containers for 20 years, and while they look much more impressive in my albums, they may be starting to tone slightly.
I need the Lowell quarter now.

Now there are a few that are low mintage. Acadia, Chaco Culture, El Yunque. And these in mint condition will bring a premium in the future.
After that there were some low mintage for a couple years. Guam, Amertican Samoa,US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Hot Springs, Mount Hood, Vicksburg, Gettysburg, Yellowstone, Yosemite, Glacier, Olympic, Grand Canyon.
There is a valuable doubled die on the Washington DC quarter.
