Busy faced double rim 85' quarter ....???

    So I've got this 85' (what I believe to be a "mad") quarter, im newer to the game and looking for advice, or guidance, any positive input is appreciated

    Like @Legomaster1 said, it is a slightly misaligned die, but it is only worth 25c. Even if that weren't true, the damage on the reverse would negate any possible premium.
