Worn die strike.. Struck through grease. Debris filled in the last incused numeral on the date on the Die and did not allow it to form properly when the planchet was struck. Very minor and common error.
Hi and welcome to CoinTalk @israel f ! I wish we could see the entire front (obverse) and back (reverse) of your coin. Please post it when you show us a coin. I am not one of the CoinTalk experts but I am studying errors and varieties so sometimes I like to see if I can make a proper diagnosis when coin owners ask questions such as yours. I would say that the die had grease in it so it did not make good contact, causing that 9 to not appear sharp and clear. If you are thinking that you see doubled die error on the date, I don't think so. It looks like deteriorated die doubling. What I do think I see in the field of your coin is a lot of die scratches, perhaps. Our experts will come through and give their opinions. For me, it will be as though they are marking my exam paper.
Since Paddyman98 has already responded to your question, perhaps you can just begin to always post obverse and reverse of your coins in the future.
