Help I'm so confused on this penny I found is it beat up or a error

Can somebody please fill me in on if I should keep this penny or toss it in the spending pile I found it it looked to be beat up at first but I looked again and it looked like there was no 19 in the date of 1983 I looked with a glass eye and I seen we're there is starting of the 9 in 1983 and but can't make out ever having a 1 in the 1983 and it looks like there is extra cuds all on it. And I just don't know every one said I'm tripping but know body I no enjoy looking at change as much as I do and they really don't care to really look. So please can I get an apinon I would take it to a coin guy in town but his shop is always filled with a bunch of people an I would not want to wait for the line just for this simple question

No CUDS, no errors.. Nothing..

Ha I'm so glad I posted my question .just to ,not only amuse! everybody!!! that knows soooo! much more than me about pocket change!.... so congrats to all you that are ignorant and rude to a person. that just starting to be interested in the same something as all of you for a new hobby. just to get a new trophy for posting about trash ! If it is clearly trash then just say so... don't laugh about it. in less your heartless .and don't care about how somebody may feel. i just ask if it's anything? or not? not to be bullied! and laughed at online. so thanks for kicking a girl while she is down

I think you were very politely and directly told what you have. How you handled that information leaves a lot to be desired.
