I'll be interested to see if that is a 70s as well. I have 3 and neeed to get to where I can tell a 70s as easily as the 82d Small date.

 

other than LIBERTY ....
pay attention to the 7
not only if it's lower or level with the 0, but also with the 9
and also the lower part of the 7 going slightly lower than the 0.

Many ppl can ID it based solely on the loop of the 9 too.



don't think of what you want it to be .. be unbiased in your review.

It's almost a tweener, but the strong LIBERTY and low 7 suggests large date.
