1970 s need a little help

    ran across this 70s penny, date and mint mark for sure have stuff under them, just not sure if a dd or not thanks for any help. I think its a large date not sure of that either. the top of the s and date tops have the most exposed material mainly the s

    Mint mark probably a small die chip.
